We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items should be returned in a resalable condition
  • You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop
  • Items should be returned with tags and packaging where possible

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Important Note

As we deal in clearance and end-of-line items, stock is limited and we may not always be able to offer replacements.
