Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items should be returned in a resalable condition

  • You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop

  • Items should be returned with tags and original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item shows signs of excessive use.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Under UK law, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund the standard delivery cost.

Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
